Long Term Care Insurance
Franciscan Ever There Care works with many Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance Companies as it relates to payment reimbursement for in-home care. We have found that there is a wide variation in the information and credentials that individual LTC Insurance Companies require of providers such as us. We are more than happy to work with those LTC Insurance Companies to provide them with any information they need to begin the process.

Veteran’s Benefits
The Veteran’s Administration (VA) provides a reimbursement for in-home care for a Veteran and his/her Widow/widower spouse for which you may be eligible. Franciscan Ever There Care is a provider for the VA benefit and we have included the application documents as well as a link to the VA Website. As of 2015, this benefit can provide up to $2,00.00 per month (on a sliding scale based upon income and assets)and reimbursement is retroactive to the date of application.
The Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE)
This program is both state and federally funded and is administered by the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) through 5 regional -profit agencies. Franciscan Ever There Care is an approved provider and works with your Case Manager (if you are already approved).

Title 19 Program
Franciscan Ever There Care is an approved provider under the Title 19 program and works closely with Connecticut Community Care to provide services. If you are not already approved for either of these programs, please contact us for assistance in obtaining further information.
